Membership Statement
The purpose of the Golden State Gay Rodeo Association is to foster the sport of rodeo in and for the Gay Community in the State of California. GSGRA is an organization of men and women parented by the International Gay Rodeo Association.
Ownership of a horse is not required to be a member. Membership dues are for one year. Family memberships are available to any two persons residing at the same address. Members must be at least 18 years of age. Some GSGRA events are held in locations with age restrictions that will exclude members under the age of 21.
GSGRA operates at a local level through its chapters. If you plan to be involved in Chapter activities, please check the Chapter with which you would like to be affiliated. If you have no interest in participating in Chapter activities, you may choose to be a "Member at Large" with all the privileges and benefits of membership statewide.
Members agree that they have a commitment to the goals of the association as stated in the bylaws. New members affirm that they have not been denied membership in any other IGRA Member or Recognized Association.
Member ship dues are:
Individual $40.00 Or Family $75.00 (“family” is two individuals living at the same address.)
