Choices are given on a first come, first served basis.
All-Around Cowboy / Cowgirl Award Buckles and Ribbons: $350.00- Standard Award Buckles and Ribbons: $300.00
Each Sponsorship entitles you to:
- Two weekend passes to the Rodeo and evening events.
Sponsorship announcements throughout the rodeo performances
Buckle sponsors are invited to present your selected buckle(s) to the contestant winner.

Personal Arena Banner: $150.00
Each Sponsorship entitles you to:
Two weekend passes to the Rodeo.
Sponsorship announcements throughout the rodeo performances
Arena Banner 3’ x 5’ (Please refer to the enclosed example for your desired content layout)
Your name/Business listed on the Greater Palm Springs Chapter’s website and or program
Please Note:
Payment is due with submission of this sponsorship form. If a sponsorship that you have requested is no longer available you will be contacted to arrange alternate sponsorship opportunities. All sponsorships, which include printed materials will be honored from the date of the sponsorship agreement is received and logo / artwork will be included on promotional materials printed after that date. Final print deadline is March 1, 2011.
Please note that certain benefits of sponsorship have deadlines. (Example, logo on nationally distributed rodeo poster requires artwork and agreement to be received prior to print deadlines.) Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require more information and thank you once
