On behalf of the Greater Palm Springs Chapter of the Golden State Gay RodeoAssociation, I am pleased to invite you to be one of the proud Vendors at the PalmSprings Gay Rodeo, April 29, 30 & May 1, 2011. Vendor and sponsorship opportunities will reach out to as many as 3,000 spectators and competitors over rodeo weekend, as well as advertising to the general community.

Once again we will be at the A.C. Dysart Equestrian Center, Banning, CA, I-10Freeway, 22nd Street Exit South to the end of road. This year the Festival area has been reconfigured offering a better Vendor exposure. GSGRA - GPSC is a federally recognized 501 (c) 4 non-profit, 100% volunteer organization, which since its inception in 1988 has donated thousands of dollars to AIDS and other local charities in the Greater Palm Springs area. The success of Hot Rodeo 2011 and our ability to contribute even more back to the community depends on the support of businesses and organizations such as yours!
Please read carefully paying extra attention to all terms and conditions as they will be strictly enforced to avoid confusion or misunderstanding. Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come first-serve basis. Before submitting your application, follow all instructions on page 4, make a copy of the documents, and retain for your records.
Applications must be received with either your deposit or payment in full for Booth and Space Rental. Payment must be by Cash, Imprinted Business Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Visa, or MasterCard. Personal Checks are not accepted. I highly recommend that you submit your completed application with payment early for best booth availability.
Those who submit their completed application and payment prior to March 1, 2011 will be mentioned in our program.
